SHIPPING
The Pecaso Group offers free ground shipping throughout CANADA for all orders over $500. Any orders under $500 will be charged a minimum of $20 flat rate shipping fee. Any order over $500 that is changed to fall below a balance of $500 will be charged an additional $20 shipping fee. The average shipping time for orders is between 2 to 40 business days after the order is placed. You will be notified via e-mail of the shipping time fore your order is different than the average. Expedited shipment is available and is calculated based on the gross weight and dimensions of the merchandise included in your order. Some items are not available for expedited shipping. Expedited orders must be placed over the phone with one of our customer service representatives at 1-877-4-PECASO (1-877-473-2276). Expedited orders also require that you provide us with a UPS or FEDEX account number or a major credit card. Larger orders and fixtures may not be sent via UPS or FEDEX. Depending on the weight and size of the merchandise included in your order a freight company may be used. We will give you advance notification of any additional costs before processing your order, if applicable. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Orders are only shipped on regular business days. No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays. The Pecaso group will not be responsible for any costs incurred from additional services rendered at the time of delivery. This includes but is not limited to removal of existing merchandise, indoor delivery from freight companies and/or the rerouting of merchandise to an address different than the "Ship To" address originally provided on the order. SHIPPING OUSIDE OF CANADA The Pecaso Group does not offer free shipping to any other international destinations. Any customer wishing to ship to these locations must provide for their own shipping methods and/or valid shipping account number(s). All orders placed with shipping to international destinations must be done over the phone with one of our customer service representatives at 1-877-4-PECASO (1-877-473-2276). Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times can vary based on the merchandise purchased. Each collection of chandeliers has a different lead time. For an estimated delivery schedule please see the notes section of the item(s) description. All items are checked regularly for stock availability. However, items may still become backordered after the order has been placed. Any items with lead times of 60 days or greater which become backordered will not be subject to a cancellation fee. If any items become backordered that have a lead time of 30 days or more we will notify the customer directly. The customer then has 3 days after notification to cancel the backordered item without incurring any cancellation fees.

SALES TAX
Applicable taxes will be charged on all orders.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed you will then receive an order confirmation via e-mail. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review their order placed either over the phone or on-line to ensure accuracy. The Pecaso Group will not incur any costs associated with the exchange of any items purchased in error. If an item replacement is required The Pecaso Group will generate a new order and refund the returned item less return fees as stipulated below in the returns section.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders placed on The Pecaso Group website or over the phone can be canceled by calling 1-877-4-PECASO (1-877-473-2276) before 5pm on the day the order is placed. To cancel an order placed over the weekend you must speak directly to a sales agent to avoid being charged a penalty. If for example you place an order at 9pm, you then have until 5pm the following day to cancel the order without penalty. After this you will be charged the greater of a 25% or $50.00 cancellation fee. Any order under $50.00 cannot be canceled. Any order cancellation placed after 5pm is required in writing and must be sent via e-mail. By clicking on the contact us section of The Pecaso Group website. The fees associated with order cancellation can increase incrementally the further along your order is processed by The Pecaso Group. The cancellation fee can go as high as 50% of the purchase price. After items have been processed and/or shipped the order(s) cannot be canceled.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER
To make changes to an existing order you must contact a customer service representative at 1-877-4-PECASO (1-877-473-2276) within 24 hours of placing the order. There will be a 10% processing fee charge to make changes to an existing order. If you are removing 1 or more items from your order you will be subject to cancellation fees as described above. If changes to your order result in the balance falling below $500 then a $20 flat rate shipping fee will be assessed. All changes are contingent on The Pecaso Groups ability to hold the processing and production of your order.

ACCEPTING SHIPMENT
The customer is required to inspect all boxes for missing items and/or damages before accepting delivery. By accepting the delivery of a shipment you acknowledge that the item(s) were received in 100% usable condition and that each item included in the packing list has been received by you. If a signature is not required to receive a shipment and your goods are received damaged you must contact a customer service representative at 1-877-4-PECASO (1-877-473-2276) within 24 hours of delivery to report any damages. After an order is delivered and accepted your options for return become limited. Any item(s) that may be damaged or missing that are not reported at the time of delivery must be noted within 5 business days from the date of receipt. The Pecaso group will not be responsible for any costs incurred from additional services rendered at the time of delivery. This includes but is not limited to removal of existing merchandise, indoor delivery from freight companies and/or the rerouting of merchandise to an address different than the "Ship To" address originally provided on the order. PRODUCT DAMAGES
If upon opening a shipment you discover damaged product and do not wish to accept delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-4-PECASO (1-877-473-2276) immediately in order to resolve the issue. You will receive an e-mail response or call from one of our Customer Service Representatives within 24-48 hours during regular business days. A subsequent claim will be filed with the carrier to credit your account for the purchase price of the item, which we will replace at no cost. If replacement parts are sufficient to repair the damaged item(s) these parts will be shipped to you at no cost. The Pecaso group will not be held responsible for expediting the shipment of any replacement parts or products. If you do not want a replacement and wish to return the damaged / defective merchandise the return will be subject to our standard return policy. If the replacement product required is severely backordered we will, at our option, retrieve or scrap the damaged merchandise and issue a credit for the item. PRODUCT DEFECTS
Products that are deemed defective (such as those with dents, scratches and faulty wiring.) that are noted before installation is completed must be reported no later than 20 days after receiving the merchandise. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-4-PECASO (1-877-473-2276) and you will receive an e-mail response or call from one of our Customer Service Representatives within 24-48 hours during regular business days. Any products with defects must be returned before any replacement item will be shipped. If we exercise our option to scrap the item we will not be responsible for any costs associated with disposal. Defective items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Returns for defective merchandise are subject to our standard Return Policy. BROKEN CRYSTAL OR GLASS
Any item received with either broken crystal or glass will not be considered defective. We must be notified of any breakage of crystal or glass within 5 days of you receiving the product. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-4-PECASO (1-877-473-2276) and you will receive an e-mail response or call from one of our Customer Service Representatives within 24-48 hours during regular business days. The Pecaso group will not be held responsible for expediting the shipment of any crystal and/or glass parts or products. Returns associated with broken crystal or glass are subject to our fees as described in our standard Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY
The Pecaso Group only offers refunds on unopened, unused merchandise minus any associated return fees. Return Fees Include: -Credit Card Transaction Fees -Associated Shipping Fees -Restocking Fees (25% of purchase price) The Following Items May NOT Be Returned:- -Orders over $2,000 with multiple items -Custom Made Orders -Orders placed with special discounts, pricing or promotional codes -Any costs associated with the expediting of a shipment -Any items that have been discontinued -Any order received by the customer over 20 days ago -Individual Products under $40.00 -Light Bulbs -Alabaster bowls with veins, discoloration, alterations in appearance The Following Items May Be Returned:- -Items that are new, unaltered (i.e. clipped wires), unused, unopened and contain all components, original packing material and any associated accessories. -Products that are properly repackaged in the original packing material provided and that are received in a saleable condition. -Products received within 20 days of requesting a return.

DELIVERY REFUSAL
If refusal of any item(s) is made upon delivery it will not be assessed the standard 50% return fee. However, the customer will still be responsible for shipping charges both to and from the manufacturer, as well as any associated restocking fees which may total to greater than 50% of the original purchase price.

EXCHANGES
Return fees will not be reduced on product exchanges. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-4-PECASO (1-877-473-2276) to learn about your exchange options, if any.

PROCESSING A RETURN
In order to return any item(s) you must e-mail our customer service department by clicking on the Contact Us Page. Once your request has been processed and approved you will receive a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. After your request for return authorization is submitted we will: 1)Advise you of any return fees associated with your order 2)Provide you with an RA# (return authorization number) as well as an address where the returning item(s) should be shipped. 3)Issue you a credit within 30 days of the date that the returned product is received and inspected. Please be aware that a credit will not be issued if the product(s) is damaged during shipment. The Pecaso Group accepts no responsibility for damages that occur during shipping and it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. We highly recommend that all return shipments be insured.

REFUNDS
The Pecaso Group will only be responsible for shipping costs if a return is a result of an error made by us. Only once the returned product has been received and inspected will the credit process commence. The Pecaso Group accepts no responsibility for damages that occur during shipping and it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. 30 days are required for the processing of a refund credit. PRODUCT IMAGES
The pictures of items on The Pecaso Group website are professionally photographed and are the same images utilized in any printed or on-line catalogs. However, once installed items may appear different than they do in the photos. Variables such as finish application, computer resolution, color, and brightness may affect the appearance of the item. Also crystal shape, size and color may vary based on the crystal technicians dressing of the fixture.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
The product descriptions and specifications provided on The Pecaso Group website are the same or similar to those used in any printed or on-line catalogs. Slight variations in specifications may occur as our item(s) are constantly evolving and being re-designed to improve the overall look, efficiency and value.

E-MAILS, PROMOTIONS, UPDATES
The Pecaso Group does not sell e-mail addresses or provide them to any third parties. We will use your e-mail address to send you special promotions, order notifications, updates and other news about The Pecaso Group website. All e-mail addressed provided will be added to our mailing list.
